I am still calculating goals and milestones.  However, it's safe to say that the Patreon has paid for itself if I get $300 a month.  Every $55 beyond that I can offer art specifically requested by the Patreon followers.  Also, at very high levels I might be able to offer animated pictures.  That's a big maybe though at this stage.
