Welcome to the year of 2099!
This is inspired by the Marvel 2099 that came out back in the 90s. While some of it was good (notably Doom 2099) most of it was pretty bad. I always felt that it was wasted potential. Re-imaging old heroes in a new setting could be pretty awesome. So here's my take, on the Hulk specifically.
